1 General Terms

These terms and conditions (referred to hereinafter as "Terms") apply to the 12bang platform and all services, games, and betting activities connected to it. By using the website or creating an account, you automatically agree to accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the site.

12bang is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting services. These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are written in Bangla.

These Terms constitute the primary agreement. Any applicable special promotions or game-specific terms are considered part of these Terms. In case of conflict, the primary Terms take precedence.

2 Account Registration

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each user may hold only one account. If a person has more than one account, the system will detect it and all accounts may be suspended. Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Account Verification

To ensure security and complete financial transactions, 12bang may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Verification must be completed by submitting a copy of a National ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

Any person aged 21 or above residing in Bangladesh may register on 12bang. By registering, you confirm that you are over 21 years of age. 21+

If false information is provided about age, the account will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited. Protecting minors from gambling is our highest priority.

The following persons may not open an account on 12bang:

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on 12bang via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

4.3 Account Verification and Withdrawals

Account verification is required for large withdrawal amounts. If the necessary documents for verification are not submitted, the withdrawal process may be delayed. If fraudulent activity is suspected on an account, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

4.4 Erroneous Transactions

If an incorrect amount is credited to an account due to a technical error, 12bang has the right to correct it. Funds received in error are not the user's lawful property, and you are legally obligated to return them.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

12bang offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming the bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.

5.2 Other Promotions

Various promotions are available, including weekly reloads, cricket festival bonuses, Friday special offers, birthday rewards, and referral bonuses. Wagering requirements vary for each promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, 12bang has the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. After claiming a bonus, the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the associated wagering requirements are met.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet will only be considered valid when it is successfully confirmed by the system and a bet confirmation number is issued. If a bet is not confirmed due to a network issue, it will not be active.

6.2 Multi-Bets and Combo Bets

For multi-bets, winning all selections is required. If even one bet loses, the entire multi-bet is considered void. The combined odds in a multi-bet are calculated by multiplying all individual odds together.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

A bet may be cancelled and the stake returned in the following situations:

• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed
• If clearly incorrect odds are displayed
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error
• If evidence of match fixing or manipulation is found

6.4 Live Betting

During live betting, odds may change rapidly. The bet will be settled at the odds confirmed in the system at the time the bet was accepted, not the odds displayed in the browser.

7 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Your password should not be shared with any third party.

7.1 Password Protection

Use a strong password that includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. It is recommended not to use the password on any other site. If you notice any suspicious login attempts, inform the support team immediately.

7.2 Third-Party Access

Giving any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. 12bang is not responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access. Accounts are non-transferable.

7.3 OTP Verification

An OTP may be sent to your mobile for sensitive actions such as changing your password, requesting a withdrawal, or updating account information. No 12bang representative will ever ask for this OTP — do not share it with anyone.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and involvement in any of them will result in the permanent closure of the account:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the system
• Stealing another user's account information
• Fraudulently exploiting the odds or bonus system
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

If such activities are detected, 12bang reserves the right to close the account and notify the relevant authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Setting Limits

Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately; however, increasing a limit requires a 72-hour waiting period.
